We value a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where everyone can grow together, always open to equal opportunity regardless of gender, disability, sexual orientation, ethnicity, or any other characteristic. **Responsibilities and duties** We are seeking a **Junior Lawyer** to join our **Wealth Planning** practice at our Rio de Janeiro office, under a **HYBRID** work arrangement. * Handle/review matters related to certificates, licenses, permits, and other similar documents; * Timely compliance with internal/administrative office procedures; * Provide support to the team; * Draft legal opinions and basic wealth/succession planning documents; * Conduct technical studies and related internal presentations; * Perform low-complexity research on case law, legislation, and legal doctrine; * Train and develop interns/paralegals/junior associates **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed Law degree; * Postgraduate studies (Family and Succession Law) preferred; * 1–3 years of post-qualification experience; * Advanced English proficiency preferred; * Active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) registration
