At Grupo Raiz Educação, we’re looking for an intern with a sensitive eye and digital proficiency to support our educational marketing initiatives and expand our schools’ online presence. **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Your Main Missions:** * Visit school units to capture videos and photos of daily life, events, inspiring stories, and testimonials; * Record interviews and footage featuring students, teachers, and school staff; * Create and edit audiovisual content for social media (Reels, Stories, Shorts); * Collaborate in planning and executing content calendars aligned with the holding’s content strategy; * Monitor the group’s brand social media accounts and support engagement initiatives; * Participate in creative meetings and contribute innovative ideas and formats; * Organize media files and assist in managing posting schedules. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **Prerequisites:** * Currently enrolled in **Social Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Digital Media**, or related fields; * Availability to intern **6 hours per day** (schedule to be agreed upon); * Active, heavy user of **Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts**, with strong command of their main features; * Familiarity with editing tools such as **CapCut, InShot, Canva**, etc.; * Ability to travel between school units when required. **Additional Information** * + Pluxee Card (Meal and Food Benefits); + Life Insurance; + Benefits Club (Discounts on universities, graduate programs, and language courses); + Birthday Day-Off (Time off on your birthday); + Performance Cycle (Semester-based self-assessment, feedback, and Individual Development Plan).
