Description
Responsible for end-to-end coordination of international shipments via air, ocean, road, and multimodal transport, from pickup to final delivery of cargo. Experience in analyzing and issuing shipping instructions, document verification, entering and issuing processes in the BLU system, operational monitoring, follow-up with customers, agents, and customs brokers, as well as tracking deadlines, deliveries, incidents, claims, detention, and demurrage.
Actively involved in controlling operational costs, customs compliance, and trade compliance, ensuring adherence to Incoterms, international regulations, and internal procedures. Experience in booking space with shipping lines and airlines, coordinating pickups, container stuffing, inspections, pre-arrival notifications, billing, payment provisioning, profit sharing, commercial/customer service support, and full process closure.

**Experience and Qualifications:**
* Proven experience in freight forwarder operations, coordinating air and ocean import/export processes;
* Familiarity with documentation, shipping lines, airlines, international agents, terminals, customs brokers, and carriers;
* In-depth knowledge of Incoterms, customs regimes, transportation modes, and international documents;
* Familiarity with shipping line systems/websites, the Single Portal (Portal Único), Siscomex, customs transit, CRM, and Microsoft Office suite tools;
* Knowledge of dangerous goods (DGR), out-of-gauge (OOG), and project cargo handling procedures is a plus.
