**POSITION: Image Editor – CLT** Location: Tijuca – Rio de Janeiro Employment type: CLT **Responsibilities:** Sorting and organizing photos by event and group; Image editing in Adobe Lightroom (intermediate level): adjusting light, color, framing, and removing blemishes; Photo retouching and treatment in Adobe Photoshop (intermediate level): cleaning group photos, background correction, and removal of imperfections; Creating social media content for Zoom Produções and its group brands (Zoom Formatura, Zoom Corporativa, Zoom Agência); Backing up and organizing memory cards on the internal server, ensuring file security and integrity; Managing and updating folders on the server and maintaining the file structure; Supporting the production of banners, flyers, mockups, and institutional materials; Organizing files on the server and managing backups; Participating in alignment meetings with the marketing and photography teams. **Requirements:** Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom (intermediate) and Adobe Photoshop (intermediate); Basic knowledge of graphic design and visual composition; Previous experience in studio or event photography is a plus; Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to meeting deadlines; Residents of Rio de Janeiro city, with easy access to Tijuca, near Praça Saens Pena; Availability for in-person work in Tijuca/RJ. **We offer:** Starting salary R$ 1.600,00 Transportation allowance Meal allowance Collaborative, relaxed, and creative work environment Opportunities for growth and learning in a leading company in the graduation and corporate photography market.
