#### **About the Role:**
We are seeking a Procurement Coordinator to work at our corporate office, responsible for the strategic management of procurement for consumables (usage and consumption), service contracts, CAPEX, and facilities across all network units.
This professional will ensure balance among cost, quality, delivery timelines, and service levels, guaranteeing operational efficiency, contractual compliance, and budgetary financial management of the department, reporting directly to Management.
#### **Key Responsibilities:**
Coordinate procurement processes for indirect materials, services, and capital investments (CAPEX);
Lead strategic negotiations (pricing, scope, SLA, and commercial terms);
Develop and qualify suppliers;
Structure and manage service contracts;
Manage the department’s budget (OPEX and CAPEX), ensuring adherence to planned targets;
Consolidate and report financial results and KPIs to Management;
Monitor savings indicators, supplier performance, and SLA compliance;
Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Executive Leadership;
Prepare managerial reports and executive presentations;
Lead and develop the team (if applicable);
Support expansion projects, renovations, and structural improvements.

#### **Mandatory Requirements:**
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields;
Prior experience in procurement coordination, indirect procurement, or contract management;
Experience in strategic negotiation;
Experience in budgetary control;
Intermediate/advanced Excel skills;
ERP system experience.
#### **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred):**
Experience in supermarket chains;
Knowledge of ABC analysis, income statements (DRE), and margin analysis;
Experience in strategic negotiation;
Power BI (preferred).
