Job Summary: Grupo Seres is seeking an IT Infrastructure Intern to support technical assistance and develop expertise in the field, handling service requests and assisting users and systems. Hands-on learning in IT infrastructure Grupo Seres is selecting a professional to work as an **IT Infrastructure Intern**, supporting internal technology operations. The position aims to assist the team with technical support routines, focusing on handling service requests and user support, providing practical learning and professional development in infrastructure. **Responsibilities** -------------- * Handling technical support service requests (Level N1\) * Assisting with system and equipment configuration * User support (access permissions, e\-mails, and internal tools) * Supporting system and infrastructure monitoring * Installing software and providing basic machine support * General support for IT department routines Opportunity to progress to Level N2 responsibilities based on performance and development. **Requirements** -------------- ### **Education** Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in IT Between the 2nd and 5th semester Candidates with technical high school education in IT are also eligible ### **Technical Knowledge** * Familiarity with operating systems (Windows and/or Linux) * Basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP) * Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams) Prior experience is not required; however, practical exposure (academic or personal) will be considered a plus. **Behavioral Profile** ------------------------- * Interest in technology * Willingness to learn * Strong communication skills * Organizational ability * Proactivity * Problem-solving aptitude **Stipend and Benefits** ---------------------- Stipend: **R$ 1\.200,00** Benefits: * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance **Location** --------- Rio de Janeiro City Center – RJ Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * Food allowance * Transportation allowance
