Job Summary: Analyst responsible for data collection, processing, and critical analysis, developing Power BI dashboards, and automating solutions with Power Platform to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. Collaboration with planning and control teams **Job Responsibilities** * Collect, process, organize, critically analyze, and update monthly data extracted from SAP; collect and analyze administrative expenses; * Collect, process, organize, and critically analyze KPIs; update data for Power BI dashboard; prepare meeting minutes; * Develop and consolidate internal controls; * Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to support management; * Assist in creating and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, providing strategic insights for decision-making; * Develop automations and innovative solutions using Power Platform to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency; * Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure the quality and integrity of information used in analyses; * Collaborate with project planning and control teams to ensure BI requirements align with business needs. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering * Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office suite) * Experience with SAP application * Experience in project planning and control * Knowledge of Project Management (scope, costs, schedules) * Basic knowledge of oil and petroleum products logistics is desirable.
