Join us and be part of this global story of innovation and success! **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------ * Practical experience installing and maintaining computers. * Experience supporting Windows and Linux operating systems. * Knowledge of computer networking (OSI model, TCP/IP). * Experience with Microsoft Office, monitoring tools, and ticketing systems. * Proficiency in reading and writing English. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Red Hat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other relevant industry certifications. * Experience in a dynamic environment with a high level of customer service orientation. * Advanced English proficiency.
