We are seeking a professional for the **Fund Classification Analyst - Associate** role to join our **Portfolio Compliance (Operations)** team. This position is based in **São Paulo, SP**. The Portfolio Compliance team is responsible for controls aligned with parameters set by relevant regulatory authorities: * Investment Funds (CVM Instruction No. 175), Pension Fund Entities (EFPCs), Insurance Companies, Private Equity Funds (FIPs), Credit Receivables Investment Funds (FIDCs), and Real Estate Investment Trusts (FIIs). * Conducting tax classification controls for funds (Brazilian Revenue Service Normative Instruction No. 1585 and Law No. 14,754). * Participating in multidisciplinary business projects. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: * Develop, implement, and execute framework compliance controls; * Participate in the new product development process for clients; * Oversee governance related to non-compliance events and interface with internal committees; * Manage internal projects and drive process improvement; * Support internal audits and other internal departments. To succeed in this role, we seek the following qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Economics, Engineering, or Law; * Advanced English proficiency; * Experience in investment fund classification/compliance; * Knowledge of the financial markets, particularly the investment fund industry; * Proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills; * Preferred: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; programming languages such as VBA, Python, and SQL; data visualization tools such as Power BI; and experience using fund classification/compliance systems.
