Job Summary: Act as a bridge between technical expertise and business needs by analyzing, developing, and implementing industrial solutions in the MRO segment to enhance customers' operational efficiency. Consultative and technical support to customers and the sales team **Mission** Act as a bridge between technical expertise and business needs by analyzing, developing, and implementing industrial solutions in the MRO segment, directly contributing to improved customer operational efficiency and business value generation. **Responsibilities** * Analyze technical requirements and propose accurate solutions for maintenance, repair, and operations * Develop and validate industrial product applications * Support the sales team with technical specifications and consultative engagement * Conduct technical visits and monitor product performance in the field * Lead testing and certification activities together with manufacturers * Prepare technical reports and expert opinions * Deliver technical training to customers and internal teams * Identify opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and productivity gains * Support the development of the technical portfolio * Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements * Update CRM and track opportunities **Requirements** * Completed High School education * Technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related fields * Experience in technical or consultative sales and MRO product development * Knowledge of products and solutions for industrial maintenance (MRO), with focus on Onshore and Offshore environments * Familiarity with applicable safety standards and regulations * Driver's license Category B * Advanced English proficiency is considered a plus * Must reside in Macaé, RJ. **Benefits** * Meal Allowance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Totalpass * Birthday Day Off * Company-provided vehicle for professional activities This position is 100% on-site, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
