Infrastructure Analyst

Description

Job Summary: Infrastructure and support professional responsible for managing networks, servers, virtualization, and security, while supporting projects and end-user assistance. Key Highlights: 1. Wi-Fi management, service and network monitoring, incident response. 2. Windows/Linux Server administration, Active Directory management, and Backup & Restore. 3. Support for implementation/migration projects and documentation of procedures. * Configuration, adoption, and management of Wi\-Fi on TP-Link Omada and Ubiquiti equipment. * Monitoring of services, servers, and network (e.g., Zabbix/Grafana) and responding to alerts. * Handling incidents and requests via Service Desk (ITSM Helix), meeting SLA requirements. * Administration of Windows Server and Linux fundamentals (users, permissions, services, logs). * Active Directory (user accounts, groups, basic GPOs). * Fundamental networking: Structured cabling, TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, VPN, Wi\-Fi; connectivity checks and troubleshooting. * Backup \& Restore (Windows File Server and TrueNAS) and verification of scheduled routines. * Virtualization (VMware/Hyper\-V/Proxmox): creation/adjustment of VMs, snapshots, and templates. * Patching (WSUS/apt/yum) and asset inventory/CMDB. Documenting procedures (runbooks) and contributing to simple automations (scripts). * Supporting implementation/migration projects (network, servers, cloud) and contingency testing. Requirements: * Technical or undergraduate degree in progress in IT (Networking, Systems Information, Computer Science/Engineering, etc.). * 0–2 years of experience in support/infrastructure roles. * Solid foundational knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux), networking, and Wi\-Fi. * Technical English for reading manuals and troubleshooting. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and user/business-oriented focus. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with Zabbix and Grafana. * Knowledge of pfSense/firewall, WSUS, Veeam, VMware/Hyper\-V. * Familiarity with cloud platforms (AZ\-900, AWS Cloud Practitioner) and ITIL v4 Foundation.
