Our purpose is to integrate technology, data, and strategic intelligence to develop customized solutions, ensuring quality, efficiency, and cost optimization—always aligned with our clients’ needs. **Job Mission:** Develop and evolve cross-platform applications, ensuring delivery quality, solution performance, and data reliability—contributing to continuous system improvement and supporting business needs. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and evolve applications using Flutter (mobile and web), aiming to deliver modern, high-performance solutions aligned with business requirements; * Implement features supporting both online and offline scenarios, ensuring uninterrupted usage and data integrity; * Integrate with backend APIs and services, ensuring correct application functionality; * Contribute to organizing and improving solution architecture, focusing on scalability and maintainability; * Conduct code reviews to ensure delivery quality and standardization; * Participate in technical discussions, proposing feasible and business-aligned solutions; * Support the team’s technical development by sharing best practices and guidance when needed; **Technical Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; * Experience developing with Flutter (mobile and/or web); * Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs; * Knowledge of software development best practices (Clean Code, code organization); * Experience with Git for source code version control; * Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); * Understanding of software architecture; * Experience with local data storage and synchronization. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience developing backend applications in .NET (C\#); * Knowledge of Java for integration with legacy systems; * Experience with CI/CD pipelines; * Experience with automated testing; * Knowledge of messaging tools (RabbitMQ, Kafka). **Behavioral Competencies:** * Organization and sense of responsibility, with focus on delivery quality; * Proactivity, with initiative to solve problems and drive improvements; * Strong verbal and written communication skills, facilitating interaction with the team and stakeholders; * Teamwork ability, promoting collaboration and alignment; * Adaptability, with capacity to handle change and multiple demands; * Commitment to continuous learning and technical growth.
