Job Summary: We are seeking a Bakery Production Assistant to support cake preparation, assembly, and decoration while maintaining organization and adhering to hygiene standards. Key Highlights: 1. The ideal candidate must be passionate about baking, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Responsibilities: \- Assist in preparing doughs, creams, and toppings. \- Assemble and decorate cakes according to the Pastry Chef's instructions. \- Apply chocolate ganache as cake coating. \- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area. \- Assist in inventory management of ingredients and supplies. \- Strictly adhere to food hygiene and safety standards. Requirements: \- Prior experience in baking, working with buttercream, custom cakes, and spatula-finished cakes is preferred. \- Basic knowledge of baking techniques. \- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. \- Good communication and organizational skills.
