




**Responsibilities:** Clean, cut, and portion vegetables, meats, and other ingredients; Assist in preparing items such as crispy onion, crispy leek, harumaki dough, among others; Assist in breading and frying products; Participate in preparing dishes such as yakisoba; Maintain organization and cleanliness of work surfaces, utensils, and equipment; Properly store supplies, control portion sizes and subdivisions (with strict adherence to weighing—essential for cost control); Demonstrate strong reading and interpretation skills for kitchen orders; Support dish assembly and finalization, as directed by the chef. **Requirements:** Prior experience as a kitchen assistant; Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. **Schedule:** Rotating 6x1 schedule, from 10:00 AM to 6:20 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1,526.00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have experience as a kitchen assistant in the hot kitchen section? * Which neighborhood do you live in?
