**RESPONSIBILITIES:** About the role We are seeking a Senior Generalist HR Analyst to operate strategically and operationally across all Human Resources subsystems, serving as a bridge between the People function and leadership teams. We seek a professional with an analytical mindset, an internal consulting posture, and a strong partnership orientation toward the business. A key differentiator will be prior experience as a Business Partner, working closely with client areas to support decision-making and drive people development and business results. Responsibilities Include: Acting as a strategic point of contact between HR and business units, supporting managers on people-related topics, performance, and organizational climate; Leading Recruitment and Selection processes for various levels and departments; Supporting and executing Training & Development programs, onboarding, and career planning initiatives; Managing and monitoring performance evaluation cycles and individual development plans; Contributing to Culture, Engagement, and Internal Communication projects; Supporting Compensation processes, internal mobility, and Organizational Structure initiatives; Participating in the design and implementation of HR policies, metrics, and process improvements; Conducting organizational climate diagnostics and proposing improvement actions in collaboration with leadership. **REQUIREMENTS:** Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, HR Management, or related fields; Solid experience as a Generalist HR Analyst; Prior experience as a Business Partner (BP) in corporate environments is a significant advantage; Proficiency in core HR subsystems (Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Management, Climate & Culture); Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency; experience with People Analytics tools is desirable; Familiarity with HR management systems (e.g., Sólides, Gupy, Totvs, among others) is desirable.
