**RESPONSIBILITIES:** About the position: We are seeking a Recruiter to strategically attract and select talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience and contributing to strengthening organizational culture. This person will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes—from defining the role profile through to closing the position. Responsibilities: Conduct role profiling and align with hiring managers (job briefing); Draft and post job advertisements on appropriate platforms; Screen resumes and perform active sourcing (LinkedIn, referrals, networks, communities, etc.); Conduct competency-based interviews (remote and/or in-person); Administer assessments or evaluation tools as needed; Present candidate shortlists to hiring managers and support decision-making; Monitor the entire recruitment process flow, ensuring clear and timely communication with candidates; Update recruitment metrics and reports (pipeline, SLA, average time-to-hire, quality-of-hire). **REQUIREMENTS:** Requirements: Prior experience in recruitment and selection (generalist or niche-specific); Experience conducting competency-based interviews; Ability to engage in conversations with diverse profiles and departments; Strong organizational and priority-management skills; Clear and empathetic communication; Familiarity with job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar tools). Preferred Qualifications: Experience recruiting for technology roles; Knowledge of behavioral assessment methodologies (DISC, MBTI, Talent Mapping, etc.); Experience with recruitment metrics and KPIs.
