Job Summary: We are seeking a Control Room Operator (CRO) to monitor, control, and optimize production, utility, and safety systems on an FPSO, ensuring operational continuity and integrity. Here, all work is multidisciplinary and every challenge is unique! **We are looking for a Control Room Operator (CRO) for one of our assets. The role is responsible for monitoring, controlling, and optimizing the operation of production, utility, and safety systems on the FPSO unit, ensuring operational continuity, personnel and facility integrity, and compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.** \#LI\-JZ1 \#LI\-Onsite **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and operate production, utility, and safety systems via DCS, ESD, and F\&G, ensuring safe and efficient operation. * Supervise process parameters and adjust operating conditions as required. * Respond to alarms, deviations, and emergencies, coordinating corrective actions with field teams. * Execute remote operational maneuvers on separation, compression, pumping, and injection systems. * Record operational data and prepare production reports. * Ensure compliance with QSMS, environmental, and regulatory standards. * Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to optimize systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education and technical training. * Proven experience on FPSOs. * Valid mandatory certifications: CBSP / HUET and NR\-33 / NR\-35\. * Technical English (for reading manuals, procedures, and operational communication). **Additional Information** **What is the selection process like at PRIO?** We like to get to know you before the interview, so we ask you to complete some assessments during the registration stage to evaluate your cultural fit with PRIO :) Next, our HR team will schedule a conversation with you.
