Identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement We seek a professional with an analytical profile, strategic vision, and interest in innovation to work at the intersection of data, healthcare quality, and artificial intelligence. **Key Responsibilities:** **Data Analysis and Business Intelligence** * Perform exploration, processing, and modeling of clinical and operational data from electronic health records, clinical systems, and corporate platforms such as EHR, IWCARE, and quality management systems; * Identify trends, risk patterns, deviations, and opportunities for continuous improvement through data analysis; * Develop managerial dashboards and executive reports using BI tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense, focusing on strategic Quality indicators. **AI Solution Development and Management** * Lead the design, development, and implementation of Artificial Intelligence agents for process automation within the Quality area; * Prepare technical documentation and support AI solution governance, ensuring traceability, auditability, and compliance with regulations such as the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). **Collaboration and Implementation** * Partner with Quality, Clinical Governance, and Operations teams to map needs, prioritize initiatives, and validate outcomes; * Translate clinical and operational requirements into technical specifications for BI and AI solutions; * Support implementation, testing, and monitoring of solutions alongside end-user departments. **Continuous Improvement and Innovation** * Identify technological innovation opportunities aligned with market trends in Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, and healthcare sector regulations; * Participate in digital transformation projects, process automation, and modernization of data infrastructure. Requirements: **Mandatory Technical Knowledge** * Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on: — Microsoft Word — Microsoft Excel — Microsoft PowerPoint — Microsoft Visio* Experience with Business Intelligence tools, especially Microsoft Power BI; * Knowledge of corporate ERP systems; * Familiarity with APIs and system integrations; * Knowledge of or experience with generative AI applied to processes, automation, or data analysis.
