Job Summary: The professional will work on infrastructure, virtualization, M365, AD Entra ID, File Services, Backup, Security, Networking, Servers, and Scripting, with availability to work outside regular hours and on-call duty. Key Highlights: 1. Infrastructure and Virtualization (Hyper-V) experience 2. In-depth knowledge of M365, AD Entra ID, and Security 3. Proficiency in Scripting (PowerShell) for automation ? Requirements: * Experience in Infrastructure; Virtualization: Hyper-V in production (network/storage, HA/DR); M365: Exchange Online (DLs, email flow), SharePoint Online (Sites/Permissions), Teams, and general administration. Intune (MDM/MAM): compliance/configuration policies, Autopilot, apps, updates. AD Entra ID: GPOs, OUs, groups, DNS/DHCP; account management, groups, MFA, Conditional Access, and hybrid synchronization. File Services: Advanced NTFS, DFS Namespaces/Replication, best practices. Backup: Veeam (jobs, restore, reports). Security: NGFW (rules, NAT, VPN, load balancing), Windows Defender/Defender for Endpoint. Networking/Switches: VLANs, trunk/access ports, LACP, STP, basic inter-VLAN routing. Servers: Administration of Windows Server and Linux; management via iLO/iDRAC. Scripting: PowerShell for automation, reporting, and operational support; * Languages: Fluent Portuguese; Intermediate English; * Availability: Willingness to work during change windows outside regular hours and, when required, participate in on-call duty. ?
