We are looking for a proactive and organized professional to join our TB team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring inventory integrity and organization, handling high-quality products with care and efficiency, and contributing to the store’s operational excellence. **Responsibilities and duties** * Support store administrative routines (invoice entry, inventory control, document and file organization); * Issuance of purchase orders and invoices; * Control of merchandise inflow and outflow; * Support to the finance department (submission of receipts, cash reconciliation, daily closing); * Monitoring of store performance indicators (sales, targets, productivity); * Customer service, as needed; * Store organization and maintenance; * Visual Merchandising (VM) verification and execution according to brand guidelines. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing high school education; * Age between 16 and 21 years; * Strong communication, oral presentation, and writing skills; * Proactivity, teamwork, and capacity for continuous learning; * Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; * Proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; * Additional courses in Human Resources are desirable. **Additional information**#### **ABOUT TANIA BULHÕES** With over **30 years in the market**, we are an authentic Brazilian brand specializing in **original products** across tableware, perfumery, and wellness.
