Strategic support in the preparation of the annual budget. **Responsibilities:** * Assigning team tasks and priorities; * Mapping requirements and recommending products; * Technical monitoring and alignment of projects; * Technical assistance and equipment inspection; * Inventory control of materials and parts; * Reporting interventions, assemblies, and replacements; * Liaising with Finance and clients; * People management: hiring, performance evaluation, and promotions; * Supporting the preparation of the annual budget. **Requirements:** * Completed technical education in Maintenance, Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields; * Practical experience: maintenance and installation of industrial equipment, and team leadership; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * General knowledge: industrial maintenance, mechanics, and welding; * Driver's license category B; * Willingness to travel. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
