Job Summary: We are seeking a committed, organized, and proactive professional to supervise maintenance of industrial and civil equipment, with a focus on results and continuous improvement. Promote continuous improvement of processes. **What We Expect From You:** * We seek a **highly committed, objective, organized, urgent-minded, and proactive** professional with strong accountability and the ability to work with a **focus on results and meeting deadlines**. * Proven experience in **managing maintenance of forklifts, industrial equipment (pneumatic, electrical, mechanical), and building civil maintenance** is essential, as well as proficiency in **maintenance control, recordkeeping, and follow-up**. * Strict discipline in execution, rigorous routine control, and effective communication are indispensable to **ensure consistent deliverables**, demonstrating strong hands-on involvement. * Knowledge of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance. * Spreadsheet-based controls are considered essential. **Your Responsibilities:** * Supervise corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities for forklifts, industrial equipment, and civil structures. * Plan and monitor maintenance services (PCM – Maintenance Planning and Control), ensuring adherence to established schedules. * Systematically and orderly update maintenance records and histories. * Conduct continuous follow-up on ongoing tasks with suppliers, internal teams, and other involved departments. * Monitor and enforce deadline compliance and service quality. * Manage contracts with third-party maintenance and technical support service providers. * Work with maintenance performance indicators (KPIs). * Promote continuous improvement of maintenance processes and systems. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and technical regulatory standards. **Professional Experience Requirements:** * Technical education (**mandatory**) in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or related fields. * **Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role**, focused on industrial equipment and building maintenance. * Experience with forklifts and civil maintenance systems. * Familiarity with maintenance control tools and maintenance management systems. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills for data control and reporting. * Strong organizational sense, discipline, prioritization ability, and commitment to deliverables. * Effective communication, team leadership, and a hands-on profile. **Preferred Qualifications (Differentiators):** * NR-10, NR-12, and NR-35 certifications. * Experience in logistics or industrial environments with high performance demands. * Knowledge of Lean Maintenance or TPM. * Engineering degree is a plus. * Knowledge of diesel engines (Otto cycle).
