We are looking for a commercially oriented, leadership-driven, organized, and goal-focused professional who enjoys retail and can lead a team with energy, responsibility, and a results-oriented mindset. Responsibilities Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning; Lead, supervise, and develop the sales team; Provide customer service and sales support whenever necessary; Monitor targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and store commercial performance; Ensure store organization, product restocking, and presentation standards; Support inventory, cash register, returns, and administrative routines; Uphold customer experience and team performance. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; Strong communication skills and leadership aptitude; Retail team management experience; Availability to work in a shopping center; Organizational skills, accountability, and results orientation; English proficiency is a plus.
