**Position Summary**
The IT Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Digital Transformation projects, ensuring excellence in execution, team engagement, and high levels of customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities**
* Coordinate the operation of teams assigned to Digital Transformation, Agility, and IT projects, ensuring productivity, quality, and efficiency;

**Technical Requirements and Knowledge**
* Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields;
* Solid experience in IT consulting with focus on Digital Transformation, Agility, and Projects;
* Relevant background as Scrum Master or Agility Consultant, with direct involvement in large enterprises;
* Practical experience in Design Thinking, Lean Inception, Facilitation Techniques, Agile Methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), and OKR Management;
* Ability to operate at both strategic level (planning and diagnostics) and tactical level (execution and performance monitoring);
* Experience with management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Power BI, or similar.
