Our purpose is to integrate technology, data, and strategic intelligence to develop customized solutions that guarantee quality, efficiency, and cost optimization—always aligned with our clients’ needs. **Job Mission:** Analyze, verify, and control items returned from the field (parts, supplies, and equipment), ensuring their integrity, traceability, and compliance, as well as perform maintenance activities on printers and multifunction devices. **Responsibilities:** * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on printers and multifunction devices through technical diagnostics and repair execution, aiming to ensure full equipment functionality; * Carry out equipment installation, removal, and relocation according to operational demand, aiming to ensure service availability and continuity; * Verify parts, supplies, and equipment returned from the field through physical and systemic item inspection, aiming to ensure integrity and compliance; * Validate received items using Unique Number (NU) and request number via system query, aiming to ensure information traceability; * Record item disposal in the system after verification, aiming to maintain updated and reliable records; * Sort and route items for repair, warranty, or disposal based on material condition analysis, aiming to ensure proper handling workflow; * Monitor replaced parts and items exhibiting premature failure through logging and tracking, aiming to support quality management and reduce failures; * Initiate and follow up on warranty claims with suppliers through formal registration and follow\-up, aiming to ensure appropriate timelines and resolutions; * Support laboratory organization and technical inventory control through physical arrangement and information updates, aiming to maintain an organized and functional environment. **Technical Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a technical program in Electronics, Electroelectronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields; * Minimum 1 year of experience in printer or similar equipment maintenance; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Familiarity with inventory control and administrative routines. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with multi-brand printers; * Experience in parts control and warranty processes; * Knowledge of helpdesk or inventory management systems; * Familiarity with the Sankhya system. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail, aiming to ensure process accuracy; * Proactivity, with focus on resolving daily operational issues; * Sense of responsibility and commitment to deadlines, aiming to ensure operational continuity; * Time management and organizational skills, focusing on productivity; * Discipline and commitment to operational tasks; * Teamwork, aiming for integration with technical and logistics areas.
