This is an excellent opportunity for those wishing to build a career in technology and support.** **Key Responsibilities:** * **Support the technical and commercial team in customer service;** * **Assist with equipment testing and validation (POC);** * **Provide basic support for systems and devices;** * **Support on-site hardware and equipment installation;** * **Assist with basic network and router configuration;** * **Provide basic technical support for Windows and Linux;** * **Log and track support tickets;** * **Assist with initial technical problem diagnosis;** * **Support CCTV camera installation and configuration;** * **Accompany external service visits with the team.** **Requirements:** * **Currently pursuing or holding a degree in:** * **Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Computer)** * **Computer Science** * **Information Technology or related fields** * **Knowledge of:** * **Microsoft Office Suite** * **Windows and Linux** * **Basic networking and router configuration** * **Basic electronics** * **Basic technical English** **Skills:** * **Strong communication skills** * **Interpersonal relationship skills** * **Experience:** * **Minimum of 1 year in the field** * **Customer service experience** **Preferred Qualifications:** * **Field technical support experience** * **CCTV knowledge** * **Experience in equipment installation and maintenance** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Up to R$1\.958,25 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Company mobile phone * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
