**Responsibilities and Duties**
As a **Junior Technical Support Analyst**, you will be responsible for:
* Supporting group users by logging, tracking, and resolving incident tickets, queries, and requests;
* Resolving issues at the first level of support or correctly escalating them to Level 2 (specialists);
* Executing support scripts to ensure standardized, high-quality service delivery;
* Assisting in defining and maintaining support standards and solutions in IT environments;
* Providing technical support to users to ensure operational continuity;
* Installing, configuring, and updating approved operating systems and software;
* Updating and maintaining the knowledge base to drive continuous improvement and increased support efficiency;
* Supporting technical teams in identifying and resolving recurring issues.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **It is important that you have:**
* Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or related fields;
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite;
* Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows) and user support;
* Ability to work effectively in teams and deliver user-facing support.
