You will work directly with users, handling service tickets in GLPI—whether to resolve inquiries or implement improvements/corrections. Occasionally, you will participate in requirements-gathering meetings. Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including printers, servers, switches, network links, cabling, general networking, desktops, and notebooks. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields; Availability to work rotating shifts; Prior experience in user support or technical support; Familiarity with asset monitoring and management tools such as ZABBIX; **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Advantage: Entry-level IT certifications such as ITIL Foundation or related courses.
