




Job Summary: Support administrative and operational activities while developing professional and behavioral competencies under supervision within an apprenticeship program. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in training sessions and developmental activities Support administrative and operational functions of the company by developing professional and behavioral competencies through supervised activities aligned with the Apprenticeship Program guidelines. 1\. Assist with administrative routines such as document organization, spreadsheets, and file management; 2\. Support internal service requests by directing inquiries to responsible personnel; 3\. Perform simple data entries in systems, spreadsheets, and internal controls; 4\. Support IT tasks including equipment labeling and organization, incident ticket registration, and internal/external communications with clients and suppliers; 5\. Assist warehouse operations including receipt, verification, and organization of materials; 6\. Assist procurement tasks including supplier communication and quotation process organization; 7\. Assist logistics tasks including material identification, segregation, and movement as instructed; 8\. Assist operational departments as instructed; 9\. Maintain organization of workspaces, inventory, and files; 10\. Participate in internal training sessions and developmental activities of the apprenticeship program; Comply with internal regulations, safety policies, and operational procedures.
