Description: The candidate will work as an Operations and Process Analyst at the Açu Port (RJ), at GIS Energy and Construction (GISEC). Responsibilities and duties * Develop and update material, tools, and supplies control spreadsheets; * Support planning and monitoring of ongoing projects; * Map workflow and operational processes; * Generate daily and periodic operational performance reports; * Collaborate with the operational team, ensuring organization and execution of routines; * Structure reports and dashboards for performance tracking; * Identify opportunities for process optimization and control automation; * Provide insights for resource optimization and improvement of operational performance. Requirements and qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields * Previous experience in the area or similar role is desirable * Advanced English proficiency * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI is desirable; * Knowledge of TOTVS/FLUIG system is desirable; * Availability to work at Açu Port 2511100202181799529
