**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Description of Activities: • Support the creation and maintenance of management spreadsheets and charts; • Assist in controlling operational data; • Assist in controlling chemical and supply inventory for water treatment plants (WTPs) and wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs); • Support monitoring, organizing, and preparing environmental documents; • Support the maintenance department in sending customer access release emails, organizing maintenance reports, and managing spare parts and materials inventory required for operational functioning. • Support supervision in filling out management spreadsheets, sending emails to customers, monitoring correct completion of operational forms by operators, among others. • Support HSE department. • Provide customer support and service, such as sending requested documents and sending email requests for team AUTON visit approvals to stations. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Pursuing a Technical Degree in Sanitation or Environmental Studies, or a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields – from the 4th semester onward. Job Mission: Responsible for supporting the organization and preparation of environmental documents, assisting the operational team, aiding in data management via spreadsheets, and providing customer support and service.
