If you identify with us, apply now to participate in our selection process and become part of our story! **Area Mission:** Monitor and manage strategic projects and programs of Bradesco Seguros Group, focusing on operational efficiency, profitability, and value creation. Lead integrated portfolio management, ensuring a structured view and qualified information to support senior management decision-making. Lead assigned projects following PMI/PMBOK best practices and agile methodologies, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, risk, and communication control using tools such as MS Project (or similar), and strong project governance (roles and responsibilities). **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, IT, or related fields; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Practical experience in end-to-end project management (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/control, and closure); Experience managing multiple projects with varying scopes and complexity levels; Knowledge and application of project management best practices (PMBOK/PMI) and agile methodologies; Experience in project governance, including definition of roles and responsibilities (e.g., RACI Matrix); Ability to develop, control, and monitor project schedules using MS Project or similar tools; Experience managing project risks, issues, changes, and costs; Experience facilitating meetings with multidisciplinary teams and interacting with multiple stakeholders; Ability to prepare reports, presentations, and executive dashboards for monitoring and decision-making; **Desirable Qualifications:** Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management; Prior experience in consulting or complex, simultaneous project environments; Experience in the insurance sector or large enterprises; Experience in project portfolio management (PMO). **Key Deliverables:** Lead project initiation activities, including kickoff meetings, requirements gathering, and scope definition; map stakeholders; establish project governance (e.g., RACI Matrix); develop communication plans; identify, log, and manage risks and issues; manage change control processes; resolve conflicts; develop, control, and monitor IT and business project schedules, including milestone definition; Lead and integrate multidisciplinary teams (IT, Business, Processes, third parties, and other involved areas), conducting working meetings for alignment, progress tracking, and resolution of critical project issues; Support executive and directive meetings by reporting project status; structure kickoff presentations, executive reports, and other required presentations; draft formal meeting minutes and records; Develop, maintain, and monitor project management artifacts, including: * Project charter and scope statement; * Work Breakdown Structure (WBS); * Stakeholder mapping and management; * Project governance (e.g., RACI Matrix); * Communication plan; * Risk and issue register; * Change control log; * Project schedule (MS Project or similar); * Cost control and other documents aligned with Waterfall and Agile methodologies; * Project cost analysis (planned vs. actual); Monitor the project portfolio, consolidating information, metrics, and status to support decision-making; Suggest continuous improvements to the organization’s project management methodology based on market best practices and lessons learned. **Work Location:** Rio de Janeiro - RJ **Work Model:** Hybrid (2 days onsite) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 17:00 **Our Benefits:** Transportation Allowance; Meal Voucher; Food Allowance; Medical and Dental Assistance; Childcare or babysitting allowance for your children; Viva Bem Program; Birthday day off (on your birthday date or month); Profit Sharing Program; Personal Accident Insurance; Private Pension Plan; Exclusive discounts on insurer products; Banking services package; Opportunity to participate in Bradesco Volunteer Programs; Courses supporting personal and professional development; Incentives for university and language courses through partner institutions; Access to recreational clubs located in SP and RJ; Internal social network featuring engagement initiatives and special rewards; Advantage Club offering discounts and/or cashback with partners, including pharmacies, gyms, stores, and services.
