You will be responsible for conducting regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance on elevators and lifting systems. This includes checking all mechanical and electrical components, as well as ensuring all equipment complies with current safety standards. Additionally, you must diagnose technical issues, perform repairs, and replace parts when necessary. Experience in reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics is essential, as is the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You must possess in-depth knowledge of elevator safety regulations and stay updated on industry best practices. Activities: Stock bakery display cases, keeping them always clean and organized, and monitoring expiration dates; verify circulars and pricing, replacing price labels; bake bakery products and assist in preparing and finishing items; assist in portioning, weighing, packaging using the sealer, and labeling products; clean the preparation area, utensils, and bakery equipment; inspect quality and quantity of snacks received for the snack bar using the delivery receipt; report to Management the need for bakery item restocking; provide customer service; comply with company internal policies; properly use PPE; among others.
