




**Job Title: Senior Tax Analyst** **Job Description:** We are seeking a **Tax Department Supervisor** to join our team. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the companies’ fiscal and tax compliance, conducting strategic analyses, and proposing improvements to tax processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise the Tax Department team. * Coordinate tax assessment routines (Simples Nacional, Presumed Profit, and Real Profit regimes). * Review and close accessory tax obligations. * Control and validate fiscal accounting entries. * Implement strategies to optimize tax burden. * Provide technical support to department staff and other departments. * Monitor internal and external requests in coordination with clients. * Participate in follow-up meetings, training sessions, and continuous process improvement initiatives. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Law, Economics, or related fields is a plus; * Experience managing teams and tax department processes in an accounting firm. * Knowledge of tax analysis and tax planning. * In-depth knowledge of federal and state tax legislation. * Proficiency in the Domínio system is required. * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Certification from specialized courses in taxation. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance or fuel allowance; * Meal allowance of R$20.00 per working day; * Life insurance; * Dental plan; * Transportation allowance; * Health insurance subsidy; * Birthday day off; * Collaborative work environment and opportunities for professional development. **Work Location:** * IN-PERSON at Praça Dona Chiquinha Cabral, No. 39, Chácara neighborhood, Betim/MG. * Working hours: Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM.
