Then join us and be part of the **REVVOlution of learning**. **MISSION/SUMMARY:** Act as a bridge between stakeholders (clients, end users, business teams, etc.) and the technical team (developers, testers, etc.), ensuring that business needs and objectives are clearly and accurately translated into requirements that will guide software system development. **EDUCATION/COURSES/CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED:** * **Preferred**: Bachelor’s degree in related fields: Systems Analysis and Development, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related areas. * Courses covering Requirements Engineering; Systems Management; Training Management; LMS/LXP Platform Management; Experience with corporate systems. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Participate in the discovery process with the Product Owner/Client and other stakeholders to understand project needs, scope, and suggest improvements to system functionalities; * Understand basic practices for gathering requirements from stakeholders; * Draft functional and non-functional requirement documents; * Collaborate with development and quality teams on effort estimation; * Define acceptance criteria; * Attend daily meetings to clarify doubts and monitor project progress; * Validate completed user stories; * Closely support the QA team during testing and validation of use cases; * Contribute to the UI/UX team in creating wireframes, design flows, and user interfaces; * Report issues, technical problems, and non-conformities to the development team.
