Map, request, and control the SAP profiles required to perform the Unit’s activities; 2\. Map and monitor the processes executed by the Unit, analyzing critical points and proposing improvements; 3\. Develop and update the Management Competency Matrices; 4\. Develop, analyze, and disseminate standards related to the Unit’s activities; 5\. Update files, controls, and systems; b) Process management and optimization support 1\. Develop organizational charts, flowcharts, procedures, and matrices evaluating organizational structure and work methods; 2\. Map and monitor the processes executed by the Unit, analyzing critical points and proposing improvements; 3\. Optimize activities and processes; 4\. Support the implementation of corporate initiatives impacting Inventory Management; 5\. Facilitate compliance with inventory management-related audits (e.g., SOX), by gathering required documentation, consolidating information, and assessing data consistency. 6\. Develop, analyze, and disseminate standards related to the Unit’s activities; 7\. Update files, controls, and systems; 8\.
