From infinitely recyclable aluminum cans and cups to aerosol bottles, our mission is to contribute to a better community, society, and world. **About the Position** You will be responsible for operating and supporting mechanical interventions on Front End equipment, performing quality tests, TPM operational checklists, and evaluating machine performance, with a focus on achieving safety, quality, and productivity goals. **Key Responsibilities** * Operate and support mechanical interventions on Front End equipment. * Perform quality tests and TPM operational checklists. * Evaluate machine performance and propose improvements. * Ensure achievement of safety, quality, and productivity targets. **What We Are Looking For** **Required** * Completed or ongoing Technical Degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, or Tooling. * Knowledge of Machine Tools. * Basic Office Suite skills. **Preferred** * Statistical Process Control. * TPM Failure Analysis. * Basic knowledge of Metrology. * Lean Manufacturing tools. * Integrated Management System (SGI). * Hydraulic and pneumatic systems. **Additional Information:** * **Work Location:** Três Rios/RJ * **Work Model:** On-site * **Schedule:** 4x4 shift – 06:00 AM to 06:00 PM or 06:00 PM to 06:00 AM **Ball Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
