From infinitely recyclable aluminum cans and cups to aerosol bottles, our mission is to contribute to a better community, society, and world. **Key Responsibilities:** * Comply with all standards and procedures, as well as participate in company programs related to occupational safety, health, environment, etc., aiming to meet legal and internal requirements. * Solve technical problems through prior analysis to increase equipment availability and efficiency. * Reduce equipment waste related to low productivity and non-conforming products. * Input raw materials into the production line, observing their characteristics to maximize the performance of the production process. * Operate production line equipment using specific control panels, aiming to maximize equipment productivity. * Perform routine checks to detect equipment anomalies based on operational checklists, and carry out mechanical interventions whenever necessary to ensure full equipment functionality. * Follow the quality inspection routine for the can/cap forming process, using quality specifications as reference to maintain can/cap parameters within specifications, and make corrections if needed. * Keep the work area and equipment clean and organized according to good manufacturing practices and the 5S methodology, while using and encouraging other workstation employees to adopt Lean tools and resolve non-conformities identified during audits, in order to optimize processes, prevent accidents, and product contamination. **What We’re Looking For:** **Required** * Proven experience as a mechanical technician * Technical degree in mechanics, electromechanics, mechatronics, or related field * Industrial Mechanics * Basic Metrology * Statistical Process Control * Office Suite * Hydraulics of production equipment * Pneumatics of production equipment **Desired** * Integrated Management System – IMS * Lean Manufacturing tools * Technical English * Technical drawing reading and interpretation * Machine Tools **Additional Information:** * Work Location: Três Rios/RJ * Work Model: On-site * Schedule: 4x4 – 06:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM **Ball Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
