Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES — INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **The main challenges as a** **JUNIOR QUALITY ANALYST \- BKO LEGAL are:** * Respond to requests for information and documents required to support administrative and judicial proceedings; * Interact with various departments of the Company and monitor responses to submitted requests; * Request, track, and execute internal activities via process management and internal request platforms; * Receive and analyze documents relevant to the department, and respond to registration requests originating from law offices and units through Projuris and other related internal customer service activities; * Gather information and documents to support procedural defenses and administrative responses; * Interact with various departments across the Company to provide information and documents needed to expedite customer service requests, ensuring compliance with established deadlines and external customer satisfaction; * Guarantee quality, resolution capability, and satisfaction in every interaction with customers, delivering outputs within agreed timelines; * Work with goals and improvement analyses; * Prepare and complete internal control spreadsheets and indicator tracking; * Strong interpersonal skills with team members and other professionals. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Law, Business Administration, or related fields; * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of Power BI (a plus); * Familiarity with internal ticketing systems (e.g., Projuris, ServiceNow). **Additional Information** Work Location: Maracanã \- RJ. Work Model: Hybrid — 3 days per week onsite.
