**Position** Electrical/Automation Design Technician **About the company** The company operates in the Oil and Gas sector, with an office located in Rio de Janeiro. It offers a hybrid work model and provides a corporate laptop for the role, following Petrobras System standards in its projects. **Working hours, CLT employment model** * **Employment Type:** CLT * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. Overtime may be required. * **Work Mode:** Hybrid (3 days remote, 2 days onsite). The first few months will be 100% onsite for onboarding. * **Salary:** BRL 3,500 to 6,500 (depending on experience and profile fit) * **Benefits:** Meal Allowance (BRL 47.08/day), TotalPass, Transportation Voucher, Health Insurance (the company covers 5% of the monthly fee and the employee covers 95%). **Responsibilities** * Develop electrical and automation projects for the oil industry. * Perform simulations, sizing calculations, and prepare technical studies. * Prepare basic design (electrical diagrams, cable lists, REVIT models, installation layouts). * Participate in coordination, technical, planning, lessons learned, and project design review meetings. * Review and monitor Oil and Gas project schedules. **Requirements** * **Education:** Technical degree in Electrical, Automation, or Instrumentation fields, with diploma registered and recognized by MEC. * **Registration:** Active registration with the professional council. * **Experience:** * **Senior Profile:** 10 or more years of proven experience in project development for the oil industry. * **Mid-Level Profile:** 6 or more years of proven experience in project development for the oil industry. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Advanced knowledge in engineering project development for Oil and Gas. * Advanced knowledge of technical drawings. * Advanced knowledge of national and international project standards. * General knowledge of Regulatory Standards and Petrobras System standards.
