Digital Projects Specialist for Industry 4\.0 \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- Factory Strategy * The factory's I4\.0 roadmap is defined; factory priorities are established. * The I4\.0 lever is integrated into the factory roadmap; resources (central and local, budget, and FTEs) are allocated. Project Management * The project meets deadlines, costs, quality, and Group requirements (KPIs are tracked and analyzed; risks are assessed and controlled). * Value creation and factory adoption are driven, and ambitions are achieved through the use of digital tools. * Relationships with partners (factory business units, ULD) are organized and managed. * Technical capabilities required for transformation are available (hardware, infrastructure, systems, data lake, connectivity, data standards, etc.). Change Management * I4\.0 is promoted within the factory. Benefits of I4\.0 transformation are understood at all factory levels (training, communication, promotion, engagement). * Data literacy is ensured. Standard data practices to support use cases and "ready-to-deploy" tools are implemented. * The factory's skills development plan aligns with the I4\.0 factory strategy. Team Management * The team (IM, SSI, digital teams) supporting digital/SI and data transformation within the factory is mobilized; their skills are developed. * Performance-oriented and progress-driven behaviors are encouraged.
