Collaborate with IT and business teams across BTG Pactual Group. **About the Team:** This team is responsible for the Collateral technology platform for international/offshore Cayman products. We develop and integrate new financial products to support risk reporting for clients holding accounts in Cayman. Our systems are hosted 100% on the cloud using .Net C# technology. Our team interacts directly with BackOffice users to understand emerging business needs and how to enhance the bank’s core business. We also collaborate extensively with various internal departments to continuously improve our risk reporting capabilities. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Apply and promote agile software development practices; * Collaborate with IT and business teams across all BTG Pactual Group locations; * Propose and discuss new solutions and technologies, supporting system integration design using message queues, APIs, and AWS services; * Extensive experience using AWS cloud services; * Support optimization of cloud computing resources and costs; **What We Expect From You:** * Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in Information Systems, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields; * Strong communication skills, teamwork orientation, and ability to learn new programming languages and technologies; * Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, abstraction concepts, design patterns, best practices, and code quality; * Solid knowledge of relational database modeling; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Knowledge of Agile methodology; * Advanced experience with C#/ .NET 6/7; * Experience with MySQL database; * Experience with Angular/TypeScript 6+; * Experience with RabbitMQ messaging; * Experience with AWS Cloud (EC2, S3, CloudFormation, SNS, SQS), Docker, and Kubernetes; * Availability to work in a hybrid model in the Faria Lima area / SP.
