Commercial Support Analyst at BairesDev We are looking for a Junior Commercial Support Analyst to join our team. This role will focus on supporting commercial operations through data analysis, process improvement, and cross\-functional collaboration. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your analytical skills and gain valuable experience in a dynamic, global environment. What You'll Do: * Assist in analyzing operational data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities. * Support the commercial team with reports, dashboards, and insights to drive decision\-making. * Help maintain and update operational databases and tracking systems. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to gather requirements and implement process improvements. * Participate in developing and documenting standard operating procedures. * Support the preparation of presentations and materials for stakeholder meetings. What we are looking for: * 1\+ year of experience with operations analysis or commercial support functions. * Experience in training/training support. * Experience in events administration. * Good understanding of basic data analysis and reporting techniques. * Basic knowledge of business intelligence tools and spreadsheet applications. * Ability to solve problems effectively and learn new technologies quickly. * Good organizational and time management skills. * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. * Advanced level of English.
