Vem pra Nuvem is a company specializing in cloud computing solutions. We provide services that help enterprises migrate and optimize their operations in the cloud. **Responsibilities:** Define and execute experimentation and impact analysis strategies for data and AI products. Act as a reference in GenAI, focusing on evaluation and continuous improvement of models and systems. Build reference datasets, metrics, and failure analyses for model evaluation. Evaluate AI solutions considering quality, security, hallucination, cost, and robustness. Lead research with language models, fine\-tuning, and model specialization. Collaborate with AI, Data, and Product teams to transform research into applied solutions. Ensure best practices in coding, reproducibility, and model validation. Communicate insights, decisions, and trade\-offs to both technical and executive audiences. Position requires on-site work in Rio de Janeiro / RJ. Previous experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Big Data Specialist, or Data Researcher may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor’s degree required.
