Senior Certification and Continuous Improvement Analyst

Description

Maintain and enhance the company's management systems, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and strengthening of the quality culture. This person will actively lead audits, monitor performance indicators, address nonconformities, and develop improvements in organizational processes, directly contributing to operational efficiency and compliance with management systems. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead and support activities related to maintaining the company's management systems; * Control, review, and ensure the updating of documents and records within the management systems; * Conduct internal audits and support external audits; * Analyze nonconformities, track corrective actions, and support departments in structurally resolving problems; * Develop, monitor, and analyze performance indicators (KPIs); * Map, review, and standardize processes, identifying improvement opportunities; * Lead continuous improvement initiatives and projects focused on efficiency and standardization; * Support internal departments in meeting requirements of management systems and applicable legal requirements; * Deliver training and support the dissemination of quality methodologies and tools; * Support communication and awareness regarding quality, processes, and organizational best practices; * Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization; * Collaborate with departments in implementing improvements and organizational changes; * Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and guidelines related to Quality, Safety, Environment, and Health. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Management, Business Processes, or related fields; * Experience maintaining management systems and routines related to ISO standards; * Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards; * Experience in process mapping and improvement; * Experience with performance indicators (KPIs), data analysis, and preparation of management reports; * Experience creating and managing managerial dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI and/or Looker Studio; * Knowledge of quality and continuous improvement tools (PDCA, 5S, root cause analysis, etc.); * Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office suite, with strong Excel proficiency; * ISO interpretation and/or internal auditor training; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, analytical mindset, and capacity to collaborate effectively across departments. **Desirable Requirements:** Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 standard; Experience with Lean Service or Lean Six Sigma; Experience with process mapping and management tools (Bizagi, Miro, Monday or similar). **Soft Skills (Behavioral Competencies)** * Analytical thinking and systemic vision; * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Strong communication and influence capability; * Organization and priority management; * Collaborative profile with a problem-solving focus; * Adaptability and commitment to continuous improvement. **Additional Information** **\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*DO NOT MODIFY THIS FIELD\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*** **What We Offer?** To care for your health, we offer Health Insurance (extendable to legal dependents), Dental Insurance, Telemedicine, and Life Insurance; Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance — your choice!
