Job Summary: A nursing professional responsible for clinical incident response and monitoring, emergency service activation, and record management. Key Highlights: 1. Adjustment of medical and nursing prescriptions Job Responsibilities: * Provide clinical incident response and monitoring, with physical presence at the patient's home whenever necessary; * Activate ambulance services for transport or Pre\-Hospital Care (PHC), based on clinical assessment; * Document incidents in the IW system and send email notifications in cases of hospitalization or death; * Report any clinical changes requiring medical team intervention to the medical team and record them in the IW system; * Submit material and medication requests via the IW system, adjusting medical and nursing prescriptions as needed. Requirements: * Completed Bachelor's degree in Nursing; * Active and valid COREN registration; * Prior experience in emergency care or clinical assistance; * Preferred: Familiarity with the IW system; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
