




Job Summary: This Assistant Store Manager will play a key role in prospecting and negotiating with customers, leading a team focused on excellence in customer service and goal achievement, and managing branch operations. Manage branch operations and ensure compliance ### **Assistant Store Manager – You will be a key player in prospecting and negotiating with our customers, as well as responsible for an entire team focused on excellence in customer service and goal achievement!** **Your main responsibilities:** * Provide operational leadership over branch processes; * Monitor, guide, and develop the team; * Ensure proper use of company resources, adhering to policies and procedures; * Provide customer service support, ensuring customer loyalty and satisfaction; * Promote motivational campaigns for the team and promotional campaigns for the branch; * Open and/or close the store, maintaining an organized environment; * Resolve issues with immediate actions and set priorities to ensure completion of tasks under your responsibility; * Prepare the weekly staff schedule; * Supervise goods inspection and receipt at the branch; * Supervise promoters and third-party service providers; * Carry out cash collection processes via armored vehicle. * Authorize sales, exchanges, and refunds. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree; * Strong verbal fluency; * Team leadership experience; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Strong negotiation skills. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance of BRL 20.00 per day; * Career development plan and performance bonuses; * Profit-sharing program (quarterly, subject to goal attainment); * SESC benefits (access to cultural, sports, and educational activities); * Up to 80% discount at Unicesumar (extendable to dependents); * 20% discount on pet care services at CetraVet. ### **Experience in the Pet industry and/or retail is a plus!** **Availability to work from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM in Maricá is required.** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s degree Desired Education: * Business Administration, Bachelor’s degree * Management Processes, Bachelor’s degree
