**Description:** **Job Description:** CIEE Rio is seeking professionals in the field of education and related areas who are interested in working with youth apprentice classes and are available to work during business hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., under a temporary contract. **Responsibilities:** The responsibilities for this position include: updating attendance records, completing registration forms, evaluating competencies, and monitoring classes; organizing and managing physical class folders; communicating with companies employing the apprentices via telephone and email; managing classes both pedagogically and administratively; facilitating group dynamics to develop and/or identify behavioral and technical competencies; planning training sessions according to required competencies and skills; conducting meetings with youth apprentices aged 14 to 24 years, delivering workshops to develop their soft skills, with the objective of preparing them for the job market. **Requirements:** Must reside in Campos.
