Job Summary: Responsible for supervising, coordinating, and guiding security guard teams to ensure compliance with routines, safety standards, and procedures, as well as conducting training and managing shift schedules. Ensures the functionality of security equipment and maintains team discipline. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Responsible for supervising, coordinating, and guiding security guard and motorcycle security guard teams, ensuring compliance with work routines, safety standards, and company-established procedures. Monitors and evaluates team performance in access control, patrolling, and other asset protection activities. Conducts periodic training for security guards covering topics such as operational procedures, first aid, and response to risk or emergency situations. Organizes and assigns work shifts and rotations according to security post requirements and team working hours. In emergency situations, intervenes directly by implementing immediate measures and contacting competent authorities when necessary. Also prepares daily and monthly activity reports, documenting incidents, occurrences, and preventive or corrective actions. Ensures all security equipment — including cameras, radios, and vests — functions properly and is appropriately distributed among team members. Conducts daily inspections at service posts to verify compliance with standards and identify opportunities for improvement. Acts as a liaison between security guards and company management, ensuring operational demands are met efficiently. When necessary, applies disciplinary measures per internal guidelines, maintaining team discipline and performance. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school (a bachelor’s degree in Security or related fields is preferred). * Security Supervisor course (preferred). * Valid Security Guard Certificate issued by the competent authority. * Proven experience in asset protection security. * Experience in leadership or supervision roles within security teams. * Preferably experience in security management for large enterprises or high-risk environments. * Ability to supervise, coordinate, and motivate security guard teams. * Knowledge of asset protection security routines, access control, CCTV, alarms, and emergency protocols. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with clarity and assertiveness in interactions with team members, superiors, and clients. * Proactivity, responsibility, and ability to make quick decisions in risk or emergency situations. * Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations calmly. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by operations. * Proficiency in security management systems and operational report writing. ### **BENEFITS** * Meal Allowance: BRL 40.00 per day * Transportation Allowance * 30% hazard pay * Night shift allowance (if applicable) ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT
