Job Summary: A professional responsible for equipment and tire maintenance, wheel alignment and balancing, tire service life control and repairs, ensuring safety and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and tires 2. Control and management of tire service life and usage 3. Performing specialized repairs on tires and inner tubes Responsibilities and Duties: Perform equipment and tire maintenance, as well as wheel and tire alignment and balancing; Monitor tire service life and usage; Mount, dismount, and replace tires; Repair tires using cold and hot patch methods; Repair inner tubes; Retread tires; Provide roadside assistance to internal and external vehicles; Clean chassis and components; Keep the workplace clean and organized; Conduct measurements and tests before and after maintenance; Carry out tasks as defined in operational controls (where applicable); Notify supervisors/responsible personnel upon identifying non-conformities; Work in accordance with Integrated Management System and Occupational Safety standards. Requirements and Qualifications: High school diploma preferred; Minimum 6 months of relevant experience preferred; Availability to work rotating shifts.
